Cold Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (9-inch) crust (baked)
    4 c. blueberries
    1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip (1 cup).
    Spread on bottom of crust.
    Fill with 3 cups berries.
    Combine 1 cup berries and water. Bring just to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
    Strain and reserve juice (1/2 cup).
    Combine sugar and starch.
    Gradually add juice and cool, stirring constantly, until thick and clear. Cool slightly.
    Add lemon juice.
    Pour over berries and chill. Serve with whipped cream.
