Gene'S Delicious Tea Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
2 sticks margarine
1 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking powder
4-1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Preparation

Cream sugar, margarine, and oil.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Sift together dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture.
Shape dough into balls using a teaspoon of dough for each cookie.
Place on a greased cookie sheet and gently press down with hand.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Yield:
6-8 dozen.
