Juanita'S Fake Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 5 lb.) chuck roast
    1 pkg. meat tenderizer
    1/2 c. strong coffee
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Split roast in half lengthwise to resemble steak slice. Apply tenderizer\tas directed.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
    Let\tstand
    at
    room
    temperature for 6 to 8 hours.\tTurn every
    few hours.
    Preheat grill.
    Grill meat at medium heat
    for 20 minutes per side or until done to preference.
