Marinated Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can asparagus spears, drained
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. parsley flakes
3 tsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place asparagus in small shallow bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously.
Pour over asparagus. Cover and chill at least four hours.
Serves 4.
