Never Fail Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. Carnation evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. white Karo
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. whole pecans
Preparation
    Mix together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk and Karo. Boil this mixture until it forms a soft ball dropped in cold water.
    Remove from heat.
    Add oleo, vanilla and pecans.
    Beat until creamy and drop by tablespoons onto wax paper or Tupperware sheet.
    Makes 24 to 30 large pieces.
