Fat-Free Crispy Oven Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large potato, peeled
    2 cups corn flakes, crushed
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    Seasoned salt
    Butter flavored non-stick cooking spray
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sliced peeled potato in half length-wise.
    Take each half and slice into long strips or wedges, making about 4-5 pieces from each half.
    Dip each potato wedge in egg white and then roll in crushed corn flakes.
    Place wedges on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt and spray potatoes lightly with butter flavored non-stick cooking spray.
    Bake for 35-40 minutes.
    Yield: 2 servings.
