Good Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices buttered bread, broken
1 lb. grated cheese (1/2 American; 1/2 Cheddar)
1 lb. precooked ham, sliced (cubed)
6 eggs, beaten with 2 c. milk plus 1/2 c. half and half
Preparation

Place broken bread in bottom of buttered casserole. Spread cubed ham and cheese over bread. Pour egg-milk mixture over all and bake 1 hour in 300\u00b0 oven.
