Rhubarb Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. water
    5 c. rhubarb
    2 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 egg whites
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, shortening, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 3 tablespoons water together like pie crust.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix together the rhubarb, 2 cups sugar, egg yolks, evaporated milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 4 tablespoons flour; pour over crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
