Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ham
    3 c. water
    chicken broth crystals
    20 oz. chopped broccoli
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 shredded carrot
    2 lb. Velveeta
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cook the first 6 ingredients for 1 hour at low boil.
    Lower heat.
    Add the Velveeta, cornstarch and evaporated milk.
    Serve.
