Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. cooked squash
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. pimento
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. scalded milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except milk.
    Add hot milk. Bake in greased dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
