Sunday Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hominy grits
    4 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick oleo
    1 tube garlic cheese
    cheese slices for top
Preparation
    Cook grits in boiling water and salt until done, about 5 minutes.
    Add oleo and garlic cheese.
    I use 1 cup ordinary cheese, chipped, and garlic powder to suit taste.
    Cover off heat and let cheese melt.
    I stir it until it melts.
    Put in casserole and top with cheese slices.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
