Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
20 slices white bread
3 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
cinnamon and sugar in shaker container
Preparation

Spread cream cheese on slices of bread.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Cube bread in small cubes.
Place bread in greased baking dish.
Mix eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar in bowl and beat. Pour mixture over bread and let set 15 minutes to soak.
Place pats of butter on top and place dish in shallow pan of hot water in oven.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
