Candy Coated Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar (granulated)
    1 c. water
    2 c. raw peanuts (leave skin on)
Preparation
    Boil sugar and water in pan on top of stove.
    Add peanuts. Reduce heat to medium and continue stirring until water and sugar crystallize on peanuts.
    Remove from heat and pour in shallow pan (do not grease).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    About every 10 minutes, stir mixture to keep from burning.
    Peanuts will have a pink candy coating as they bake.
    Very simple and good for snacks or party.
