Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9 large tomatoes
    2 large onions
    4 to 5 green peppers
    2 jalapeno peppers
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. (8 oz.) tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 to 4 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. coriander
Preparation
    Add very little sugar, about 1 tablespoon to big batch.
    Cook 2 hours and put in jars to seal.
