Peanut Butter Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed firm
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    24 miniature peanut butter cups
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line 24 muffin cups with baking cup liners.
    Combine all ingredients except peanut butter cups.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Fill prepared cups about 2/3 full. Press peanut butter cup down into batter to even with batter. Bake 18 to 20 minutes until it springs back when touched.
    If desired, sift with powdered sugar.
