Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    freshly ground pepper
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except cheese, in skillet. Cover and cook 1 minute. Uncover and cook until tender, turning with wide spatula. Sprinkle and toss with cheese. Yield: 6 servings.
