Shrimp Remoulade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. mayo
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. Creole mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
4 to 5 toes garlic, crushed
Preparation

In medium bowl, add all ingredients up to the oil.
Blend in the oil slowly with hand mixer until thoroughly blended.
Then add the pressed garlic.
Blend.
Chill.
Gets better overnight. Serve over boiled, peeled shrimp.
