Chess Pie\(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. evaporated cream (Carnation)
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    nutmeg to taste (sprinkle on top)
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar together.
    Mix with butter.
    Add 4 egg yolks, well beaten, then cream.
    Add lemon extract and nutmeg. Fold in well beaten egg whites.
    Bake in 2 pie shells at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
