Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 rolls Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
    1 chicken, cooked, deboned and chopped
    2 c. cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Crush crackers with melted oleo.
    Reserve 1 cup for topping. Line bottom of oblong baking dish with crumbs.
    Mix rest of the ingredients and spread on top of crumbs.
    Top with reserved crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
