Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg (10 ounce) chopped broccoli
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 cups milk
    3 hard cooked eggs, chopped fine
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
    1/2 cup grated American cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain thoroughly.
    Cook onions in margarine until golden.
    Stir in flour and add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add broccoli and eggs, salt and pepper.
    Spread in greased shallow baking dish.
    Combine corn flake crumbs and cheese.
    Sprinkle over broccoli.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
    May be prepared early and refrigerated.
    Bring to room temperature before baking.
