Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 c. spaghetti sauce (Ragu is fine)
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. small curd cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add spaghetti sauce, water, salt, seasoning and sugar.
    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    In a 9 x 13-inch dish, layer 1/3 of sauce, 1/2 of noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
    Add remaining Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Remove foil and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Freezes very well.
