Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. onion, chopped
    25 lb. hamburger meat
    20 lb. Irish potatoes
    2 gal. tomatoes, mashed
    2 gal. corn
    1 gal. small English peas
    1 gal. catsup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place onions and uncooked hamburger meat in a large pot and cover with water.
    Cook over low heat until onions are tender. Add potatoes, tomatoes, corn and English peas.
    Add catsup just before serving.
    Makes 8 to 10 gallons.
    Serves approximately 100 people.
