Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans salmon
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained and cut up
    4 eggs, beaten slightly
    2 c. grated American cheese
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. dry minced onion
    2 c. bread crumbs, softened with 1 c. hot milk
    pepper and paprika
Preparation
    Mix together and bake in slightly greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until loaf feels real firm to your touch.
