Scallops Portuguese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh scallops
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Take fresh scallops, wash well and drain.
    Dust with seasoned flour.
    Heat oil; add scallops and garlic.
    Cook quickly (about 8 minutes), tossing lightly in hot fat.
    Just before removing pan from heat, add parsley.
    Toss scallops to coat with parsley. Makes 3 servings.
