Cherry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. milk
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar and baking powder.
    Stir in butter as for pie crust.
    Break egg into cup.
    Add milk to make 1 cup.
    Beat. Add to floured mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 15 x 10-inch pan, greased and floured.
    Cover with pie filling.
