Mock Boursin Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
fresh ground pepper
1/4 lb. butter (no margarine)
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. crushed dill weed
1 Tbsp. cream
Preparation

Soften cream cheese with butter until smooth.
Add seasonings and mix well.
Blend in cream.
Form into a ball.
Refrigerate. Can be frozen.
