Almond Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. almonds, ground very fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs or quick oats
    1 to 2 stalks celery
    1 onion
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Blend bread crumbs in blender and mix dry ingredients well. Blend water, oil and celery in blender and add to dry ingredients. Let sit 5 to 10 minutes and fry.
