Never Fail Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo or butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Melt oleo or butter.
Add brown sugar.
Boil over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in 1/4 cup milk until all comes to a boil.
Cool slightly.
Add confectioners sugar and beat until stiff enough to spread.
