Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box lasagna noodles
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
    2 cloves garlic or 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 c. onion or 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, blended
    1/2 to 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 to 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain and rinse.
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add spices, tomato sauce and tomatoes.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Starting with noodles, layer ingredients as follows:
    noodles, sauce and grated cheeses.
    Make 3 layers in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 15 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
