Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 (10 oz.) box chopped broccoli, drained
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix altogether in bowl, batter will be kind of lumpy.
    Bake in a greased and floured pan at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until brown. A 9 x 13-inch pan makes it thick and a sheet cake pan is thinner.
