Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt
    5 qt. boiling water
    12 oz. spaghetti
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. flour
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. evaporated milk, undiluted
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 can sliced mushrooms, undrained
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 c. cooked, boned chicken or turkey
Preparation
    In 8-quart kettle, add 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt to boiling water.
    Gradually add spaghetti and cook until tender.
    Drain and set aside.
