No Fat Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 mashed bananas
1/2 c. sugar
slightly less than 1/4 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oatmeal
1.5 c. flour
3/4 c. sour milk
Preparation
-
Add the first 9 ingredients with sour milk.
Add raisins, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until slightly browned and top is firm to the touch but not cracked.
Makes 1 dozen.
