Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (16 oz. size) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. diced, unpared cucumber
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as package label directs.
    Drain and then rinse with cold water.
    Place in a large bowl.
    Add cucumber, green pepper, relish and grated onion; mix well.
