Rock Cornish Game Hens En Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Cornish game hens, cut in half
1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 c. Italian dressing
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix

Preparation

Place game hens in a casserole dish, breast side up.
Mix together next 3 ingredients and spoon over hens.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting now and then.
Serve with fluffy rice, spooning sauce over rice.
Serves 6 to 8.
