1/2 c. sugar
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
1/3 c. coffee concentrate (dissolve 1 tsp. instant coffee in 1/3 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier (optional)
6 Tbsp. softened butter
2 c. heavy cream
