Easy Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar
5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Crumble flour, salt and shortening.
Beat egg in cup; add vinegar.
Then add enough cold water to make 1/2 cup.
Pour egg mixture into flour mixture and mix carefully until it forms a ball of pie dough.
This can be mixed in a mixer if you have dough hooks.
