Sour Cream Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

1 c. broken pecans
1 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
whipped cream
Preparation

Sprinkle unbaked pie shell with broken pecans.
Mix flour, cinnamon and cloves; blend the mixture to a paste with a little sour cream, then add sour cream.
Stir in eggs, sugar and grated lemon rind.
Pour custard into pecan sprinkled shell.
Put pie into preheated 450\u00b0 oven.
Immediately reduce temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake for 40 minutes or until filling is firm.
Serve hot or cold with whipped cream.
