Toasted Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 butter, melted
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Mix with mixer until thoroughly blended.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
