Soy Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. (approximately) soy beans
1/2 c. honey
10 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
10 c. (approximately) white flour
1/4 c. warm water
4 rounded Tbsp. yeast
Preparation

Soak soy beans in water, 1 to 2 days in refrigerator.
Drain. Boil approximately 9 cups water.
In blender, combine very hot water and soy beans; will make a milky color (the milk will not be as bitter if the water is very hot).
Blend until finely chopped. Recipe calls for 10 cups soy milk/pulp.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add yeast mixture and flour until you can't stir anymore.
Flour board and knead until not sticky.
Knead 10 minutes more.
Place in a greased bowl and allow to rise until double (about 1 hour).
