Blender-Style Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage (about 2 lb.)
    1 large carrot
    1 medium onion
    1/4 green pepper (optional)
    water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a blender, dice cabbage, carrot, onion and green pepper, about a third at a time.
    Add water to cover vegetables.
    Cover and whirl until vegetables are finely chopped;
    drain thoroughly.
