Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 pkg. soda crackers, crushed
1 large onion
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Boil vegetables and chopped onion according to package directions.
Drain.
Add cheese and mayonnaise.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Melt margarine and add crackers.
Sprinkle this over vegetables and bake 10 minutes or longer.
