Butternut Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, mashed butternut squash *
    3 c. heavy cream **
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. dark molasses
    1 Tbsp. real maple syrup
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, mixed (not beaten)
    2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Blend all ingredients until smooth. Divide between 2 pie shells.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
