Tart Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 lemons or limes
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 unbaked pastry shell
    vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    Peel or zest colored outer peel, being careful not to get any pith or it will be bitter.
    Juice and strain the liquid.
    Put eggs, lemon zest and juice and sugar in blender.
    Process on high for 3 minutes.
    Add butter and process for 30 seconds.
    Pour mixture into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool and chill. Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.
