Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pumpkin
    3/4 c. bisquick or biscuit mix
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 large can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Put ingredients in large mixer bowl and mix at medium speed until well blended.
    Pam 2 (9-inch) pie plates.
    Sprinkle with flour, wheat germ, cracker crumbs or ground nuts (your choice). Pour pumpkin mixture into prepared tins and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
