Quick Choco-Mint Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, salt and milk in saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Boil, stirring, for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
    Add marshmallows, chocolate and peppermint extract and stir until the marshmallows and chocolate are melted and blended.
    Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan and cool.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 2 pounds.
