Cheese Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 inch pie plate
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese grated
1-2 mild chopped chili peppers (small can)
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Spread grated cheese on bottom of pie plate.
Spread peppers over cheese.
Mix eggs and milk together and spread over cheese mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve with crackers. (Town House brand seems best).
