Fried Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 gal. square carton chocolate chip ice cream
2 boxes any multi-grain flake cereal, crushed
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
4 to 5 beaten eggs

Preparation

Cut ice cream into 4 equal pieces.
Form ice cream into round balls with your hands.
Mix crushed cereal and cinnamon.
Roll each ice cream ball into cereal mixture and freeze overnight until hard.
