Deviled Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. medium shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. Durkee famous sauce
    4 tsp. pickle relish, finely chopped
    1/4 c. cocktail sauce with horseradish
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut each shrimp into thirds.
    Combine cream cheese, onion, Tabasco, Durkee, relish and cocktail sauce.
    Mix well.
    Fold in shrimp.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Pour into a 5-cup fish mold. Refrigerate until firm.
    Unmold onto a platter lined with red leaf lettuce.
    Serve with crackers.
