Melva'S Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cornmeal
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 onion, chopped
2 cans cream-style corn
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. flour
1 c. grated cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
-
Mix cornmeal, flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Saute in butter the onion and bell pepper.
Heat oil in 2 casserole dishes. Pour surplus oil in mixture.
Pour mixture in the 2 dishes and bake at 350\u00b0
until done.
