Venison Meatballs(Dedicated To My Husband Ronnie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground venison
    2 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 eggs
    1/2 tube Ritz crackers (crumbled)
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 pkg. McCormick's Au Jus mix
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except Au Jus mix.
    Roll into meatballs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1/2 hour.
